Ben Potenza has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on developing global strategies and leading teams. Ben has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in selling software, consulting services, and industrial equipment to leading companies in various sectors such as biopharmaceutical, chemical, R&D, food, personal care, electronics, and aerospace. At EquipNet, Ben was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, overseeing 50 international sales and marketing personnel. Ben was responsible for growing the EquipNet brand globally and expanding its reach into 165 countries. Additionally, they created a digital marketing strategy and built a global marketing team, which was responsible for SEO, content creation, proposal writing, web design, trade show coordination, and branding in multiple languages and platforms. Prior to their role at EquipNet, Ben worked for John Crane as the Manager of eBusiness and Sales Automation, where they established an e-commerce strategy and introduced online branding and selling to the organization. Ben also worked for EG&G Sealol as the Marketing Communications Manager, where they grew the internal marketing communications team and managed multiple international trade shows.

Ben Potenza attended Syracuse University from 1985 to 1989. Ben obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
