Andy Santoni is a seasoned professional in the healthcare insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director and Co-Founder of Equipsme since March 2017 and holding the position of Head of Underwriting & Pricing at AXA PPP healthcare since August 2015. Santoni has previously worked in significant roles at Simplyhealth, Groupama Healthcare, and First Assist Insurance Services, where responsibilities included financial forecasting, developing underwriting and pricing strategies, and managing underwriting teams.
