Kathy Modrowsky

Kathy Modrowsky is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as the Customer Experience Design Lead and UX UI Design Lead at Equitable since January 2020. With a strong background in user experience, Kathy has held prominent positions such as User Experience Lead at AXA US and UX UI Design Lead at both AXA Financial and Diem Consulting. Previous roles include UI Design Consultant at AXA US and UI Designer at Serial Design, where design work was conducted for notable clients like IBM and L’Oréal. Kathy began a career in the fashion industry as a Fashion Designer at Darby Classics and Hampton Industries before transitioning into the design technology field.
