Katy Jernigan

Katy Jernigan currently serves as the Head of the Results Delivery Office at Equitable, leading a strategic program management and internal consulting team with approximately 20 program managers focused on large-scale enterprise initiative delivery since May 2021. Prior to this role, Katy Jernigan held various positions at AXA US from January 2011 to May 2021, including Senior Director of Program Management, Head of Operational Risk, Director of Operational Risk, Lead Manager, Vendor Manager, and Digital Lead. Katy Jernigan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade from Clemson University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
