Kellie Dechant

Kellie DeChant has extensive experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Non-medical Health Advocate at Equitas Health since August 2017, Kellie previously held a role as a PCA at Columbus Springs East for a brief period. The early career in hospitality includes various positions such as Cook and Server at establishments like Red Robin, Varsity Club, Ruby Tuesday, Villa Milano, Max and Erma's, On The Border, Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, and Bob Evans, spanning from 1999 to 2017. Kellie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ashford University, with additional coursework at Case Western Reserve University and Otterbein University focused on Psychology.
