Pallab Mukherji

Pallab Mukherji has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Pallab is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Equitas Small Finance Bank since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Banking Consultant - Human Resources Stream at IFC - International Finance Corporation from October 2015 to February 2020. From April 2011 to September 2015, they held the position of Group Head Human Resources at IIFL (India Infoline Group). Pallab also worked at HDFC Bank as a Senior Vice President from August 2000 to April 2011. Pallab'searly career includes a senior management role at Arvind Mills, where they managed plant level employee relations and implementation of productivity norms.

Pallab Mukherji completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur, from 1988 to 1992.
