Adam Callans

Adam Callans has a strong background in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in investments and corporate finance. Adam currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Investments at Equity Commonwealth since February 2021, where they previously served as the Vice President - Investments from July 2014 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ST Residential from April 2010 to June 2014, where they played a crucial role in creating and maintaining a complex corporate finance infrastructure and reporting process for a real estate public-private partnership. Adam also worked at ORIX Real Estate Capital, Inc. from September 2007 to March 2009 as an Analyst in the Transaction Analysis & Underwriting Group, providing analytical support for various real estate transactions. Adam began their career at ABN AMRO Incorporated, where they worked as an Analyst in the Syndicated Loan Originations and Financial Institutions & Financial Sponsors Groups from July 2006 to September 2007, assisting in structuring corporate and real estate loans for syndication.

Adam Callans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Hotel Finance from Cornell University. Adam attended the university from 2002 to 2006.
