Mrs. Zamarripa has experience in the refining and petrochemical industry from both a consulting and an owner-user perspective. Prior to joining E2G, she spent most of her career in a project management role for both capital improvements and maintenance expense projects for companies including Mobil Oil, Amoco Chemical, Fluor Daniel, and Del Mar College. She is experienced in project management techniques for the successful implementation of capital projects including design, procurement, controls, and construction. She is also experienced in the management, planning, and oversight of equipment repairs, spending some of her career in technical service and turnaround support roles. In addition, Ms. Zamarripa has upstream experience spending some of her career supporting oil production in West Texas.
In her current role with the Risk-Based Inspection Team at E2G, Mrs. Zamarripa provides project management and project support for RBI implementation and reassessments through the use of E2G’s API RBI software. She is responsible for many aspects of project execution from the gathering of mechanical data and the inspection history of fixed equipment, pressure relief devices, and piping, to the delivery of Inspection Plans. She is also versed in developing AutoCAD drawings that illustrate process systems and circuits, corrosion loops, damage mechanisms, equipment metallurgy, and inventory groups on process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Her focus on technical accuracy as well as her project management and organizational skills are a valued resource through all phases of the inspection planning process.
