Gregg K. has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Gregg worked at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. for a significant amount of time, starting as a Financial Analyst in June 2010. Before their tenure at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Gregg worked at HSZ Construction from March 2006 to February 2009. Gregg started as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw construction management for three loft building condominium conversions, effectively coordinating subcontractors and ensuring timely project completion. Notably, they successfully managed the addition of two floors of steel to an existing six-story timber loft structure.

Gregg K. holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Real Estate Finance and Investment, from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Gregg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Millikin University.
