Leah Ajasin

Leah Ajasin has a range of work experience in the education sector. Leah started their career as a Kindergarten Teacher at Uncommon Schools in 2012. In the same year, they also joined Teach For America as a 2012 Corps Member. After that, Leah joined KIPP New Jersey in 2014 as a Founding Kindergarten Lead Teacher for one year before becoming a Founding First Grade Lead Teacher for another year. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Grade Level Chair for 1st Grade at KIPP New Jersey. In 2019, they joined The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School as a Lead Teacher.

Leah Ajasin completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching with a minor in Pre-K Special Needs from the University of Dayton between the years 2008 and 2012.
