Perfecto Sanchez has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Brand Manager at Kraft Foods, specifically handling Ritz Crackers. From 2013 to 2015, Perfecto held multiple roles at Danone Waters, including Trade Marketing in North America, Manager of Portfolio Strategy for Oikos, Danimals, and Brand Dannon, and Manager of Customer Strategy & Planning in the East Division. In 2016, Perfecto became the Chief Marketing Officer at Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Co. Perfecto then worked as the Owner/Advisor at Sunday Beer Co. starting in 2017. Currently, in 2022, Perfecto is also the Co-Founder of Equity Quotient, where they are launching a platform to help companies measure and manage the Social-factor in ESG, with the aim of optimizing objectives, ESG reporting, and driving stakeholder value.

Perfecto Sanchez received their Bachelor of Math and Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Perfecto attended the academy from 2001 to 2005, focusing their studies on Math and Science.
