Amalia Paliobeis

Amalia Paliobeis currently serves as Vice President of Investments at Equity Residential since March 2023. Previously, Amalia held roles at AvantStay, including Vice President and Senior Director of Portfolio Management, and served as General Manager at Otter, a childcare matching platform. At Common, Amalia was instrumental in transitioning the company into a leading residential brand, overseeing significant growth and development. Earlier career experiences include Vice President of Investor Relations and Portfolio Management at Regent Properties, as well as positions at Barclays Capital and Deloitte in finance and advisory roles. Amalia holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Management from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
