Sandra Kendall

Sandra Kendall has extensive experience in corporate governance and administration. Currently serving as Corporate Secretary at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS) since November 2006, Sandra also holds roles as Secretary at TSX Trust since February 2017 and as Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC) since May 2015. Prior to their current positions, Sandra worked as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Secretary to the Board at CDS from 1997 to 2006. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Administration Studies from Centennial College, supplemented by studies at David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute.
