Rachel Cain has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Client Experience & Product and as part of the Innovation and Strategic Projects team at Equity Trust Company since June 2009. In previous roles, Rachel managed and motivated a team of 65 employees as Investments Supervisor, successfully implementing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and departmental performance metrics. As an Operations Business Analyst, Rachel led projects focused on process optimization and client satisfaction, along with overseeing documentation and training for new systems. Prior experience includes a finance internship at Forest City Enterprises, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ohio University.
