Matt Lasky

Matt Lasky has a diverse work history in the real estate industry. Matt began their career at Marcus & Millichap as an Associate, focused on new business development and specializing in retail investment brokerage. Matt then joined NAI Ohio Equities as a Corporate Real Estate Advisor, providing real estate solutions to landlords and occupiers. During their time there, they successfully increased occupancy on a Casto owned property by over 25% in less than 5 months and helped law firms and national clients save over 15% on their real estate costs. Most recently, Matt has been with Equity Velocity Funds as both a Managing Director and Managing Partner, offering real estate market strategy and investment advisory services with a focus on retail and healthcare.
