Nick Dalmaso

Nick Dalmaso is the current General Counsel at EquityBee. Prior to this, they were with Sound Capital Solutions LLC, and before that they were with Van Kampan Investments / Morgan Stanley. Nick has also been with M1 Finance and Destra Capital.

Nick has a long history of working in the legal field, with a focus on investment companies. Nick has experience in preparing materials for Board of Trustee meetings, drafting and maintaining registration statements, responding to comments on disclosure documents from federal regulators, outside counsel and auditors, and preparing new registration statements for open end investment companies. Nick also has experience in reviewing advertising, sales literature, shareholder reports and communications, and preparing shareholder solicitation materials including fund mergers, annual meetings and tender offers.

Nick is a highly experienced legal professional who has spent their career working in the investment industry. Nick has a deep understanding of the investment process and the regulations surrounding it, which makes him an invaluable asset to EquityBee.

After graduating from Maine Township High School East, Nick Dalmaso attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science. Nick then went on to attend Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, earning their Doctor of Law. Currently, Dalmaso works as a lawyer in the field of banking, corporate, finance, and securities law.
