Ricardo Berner

Ricardo Berner has a long and varied career in business. Ricardo began their career in 1998 as a Consultant/Case Team Leader and Consultant/AC at Bain & Company. In 2002, they took on the role of Private Equity Associate at Schooner Capital. In 2012, they became the Managing Director at PRACTIKO, where they partnered with founders, owners and C-level executives to accelerate growth and improve profitability. In 2013, they co-founded PadInMotion, a patient engagement solutions company, and took on the roles of Business Development & Finance. In 2015, they became the MD of WM Partners, LP, where they C-lead a ~$300M private equity fund for nutritional supplements in North America. In 2019, they became a Board Member at SBSX Ventures/Skatebird Miami.

Ricardo Berner began their education in 1993, earning a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1997. In 1996, they were an exchange student at Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Ricardo then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), earning an MSc in Economics in 1998. Finally, they earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2003.
