Scott Van Giezen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Scott began their career as a Management Consultant at James Martin & Co./Headstrong, where they successfully managed enterprise-wide implementations at Fortune 500 corporations. Scott then joined Eracent as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple simultaneous implementations and developing reusable project templates.

In 2010, Scott became a Program Manager at Deltek, where they led the development of competitive consulting services and improved implementation margins. Scott later joined Clarabridge as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for managing the full life cycle deployment and customer relationships within Voice of the Customer and Customer Experience Management programs for Fortune 500 customers.

Scott returned to Eracent in 2013, this time as a Senior Vice President. In this role, they created, built, and managed the Consulting Services and Customer Support organization, achieving record license and services revenue totals in the first year.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated their ability to build strategic relationships, manage budgets and resources, and lead successful implementations.
