Berta Guitart Pla

Berta Guitart Pla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human relations, training coordination, and organizational management. Currently serving in Relaciones Humanas at Estabanell since February 2018, Berta has established and coordinated a people-centered area focused on organization, leadership, and transformation to promote sustainable growth. Previously, Berta worked as a training coordinator at CEOE Formación, where responsibilities included planning and oversight of training courses and management of documentation and communications. Berta's earlier roles include delivering training in business administration, directing a dental clinic, and managing department operations at Decathlon. Berta holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona.
