Ralph Olayé

Ralph Olayé has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ralph started their career as the owner of PHI CONCEPT from 1999 to 2005. Ralph then worked as a project manager at Egis Projects in 2005. Ralph then joined the African Development Bank Group in 2010, where they held multiple positions including Chief Resource Mobilization Officer, Manager of NEPAD, Regional Integration and Trade, Head of Delivery & Performance Management Office, and Ag. Director of Programming & Budget. In these roles, they excelled in strategic planning, performance management, resource mobilization, and infrastructure development. In 2016, Ralph worked as a Senior Advisor at one2five advisory and also took on the role of Director of Business Development & Project Management at Eranove, where they demonstrated their expertise in strategic growth and stakeholder management.

Ralph Olayé completed their education with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1997. Ralph then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Finance at HEC Paris from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingénieur Economiste from CentraleSupélec in the period of 1994 to 1997.
