Timothy Grammer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked at UC Berkeley as a Faculty Researcher, leading a team in developing an amphibian genetic animal model. Timothy then joined Perlegen Sciences as an Associate Director, where they managed genome-wide association studies. In 2007, Timothy became a Project Management Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company, achieving significant revenue growth and leading global projects. In 2012, they became the Director of Operations at The Ultimate Sparkle, overseeing various operational aspects and expanding the company's reach. From 2013 to 2019, they held roles as a Member at Founders Network and a Senior Project Management Consultant at Global Project Partners, LLC. During this period, Timothy also co-founded DeviceFarm, securing grants and awards for their medical device innovations. In 2019, they served as an Independent Contractor/Consultant, assisting a biotech company with the development of an autologous cell therapy. From 2019 to 2022, Timothy worked at Nektar Therapeutics, first as an Executive Director and then as the Vice President of Program Management. Timothy Grammer's education history begins in 1987 when they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Timothy then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Medicine from Harvard Medical School, graduating in 1993. In the same year, Timothy began their Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Harvard University, which they completed in 1997.

In 2007, Timothy attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Professional Certification in Clinical Research Conduct and Management. Timothy finished this program in 2009.

Timothy's academic journey continued with enrollment at The Wharton School in 2011, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their studies at Wharton focused on Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, and they received their MBA in 2013.
