Jerome Parra

Jerome Parra is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology and support roles. Currently serving as a Production Support Analyst at ERCOT since April 2020, Jerome processes changes, minimizes application risks, and implements new tools to enhance business performance. Previous positions include roles at LCRA, Capgemini, and IPsoft, where Jerome managed user accounts, supported project transitions, and led service transition teams. Additional experience includes work at Cisco Systems as a Project Manager and Network Engineer, as well as military service in the US Army as a 63Bravo. Jerome's career also includes a tenure at Netsolve Inc. as a Network Engineer and at AMFM Inc. as a WAN/Infrastructure Engineer. Jerome holds qualifications from the University of Phoenix and has a decade of experience in baseball umpiring.
