Seunghwa Lee

Seunghwa Lee is a Senior Planning Engineer at ERCOT since May 2022, specializing in dynamic studies. Previously, Seunghwa held multiple senior electrical engineering roles at CenterPoint Energy from August 2018 to May 2022, focusing on transmission planning special studies, substation protection and SCADA, and transmission protection. Additional experience includes serving as a Staff Electrical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell and a Power Relay Engineer at Synchrogrid LLC. Seunghwa began a career in electrical engineering working on the Marina Bay Sands Casino Hotel Project in Singapore and served as a First Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Army. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University.
