Jim Joyce

Jim Joyce is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at ERDMAN since August 2015, Jim Joyce has also held the role of Director of Construction within the same company. Prior to this, Jim Joyce was a Senior Project Manager at CG Schmidt, Inc. and a Senior Project Construction Manager at ERDMAN for several years, specializing in preconstruction services, scheduling, and subcontractor management. In addition to their professional roles, Jim Joyce contributes to the construction industry as a member of the Construction Industry Advisory Board for the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where Jim Joyce also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
