Tugba Ergun

Tugba Ergun is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in banking relations, treasury operations, and financial management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Erdoganlar Aluminium since February 2022, responsibilities include managing banking relations, cash flow, and budget management. Previously, at Istanbul Ecza Koop, Tugba managed a 27-person finance department and oversaw collections and payments for over 6000 cooperative members. Past roles include Finance Manager at Avek Otomotiv, Manager in Derivatives & Gold Transactions Operations at TEB, and Chief of Finance, Administration, and HR at TAV Airports, where management of financial operations for a $500 million World Bank-funded project was essential. Tugba's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Economics from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and an associate degree in Civil Aviation Management from Istanbul University.
