Marina Bauer

Marina Bauer has a diverse work experience. Marina is currently the Head of Generation UK & Sweden at ERG Spa, where they coordinate growth and manages asset managers for ERG's assets in the UK and Sweden. Marina also oversaw the setup of ERG's first Swedish asset. Previously, they worked as the Head of Commercial & Technical Management UK at ERG and as an Operations Manager UK, where they integrated onshore wind projects into ERG's UK portfolio.

Before joining ERG, Marina was a Senior Technical Asset Manager and a Project Manager at BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited. Marina oversaw multiple wind farms and managed a portfolio team.

Prior to that, Marina worked at Energy Saving Trust as an Assistant Manager, where they promoted sustainable transportation and managed grant/loan programs.

Earlier in their career, Marina held roles at BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, vento ludens, Voith Hydro, Garmin Deutschland GmbH, Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry, and N. Lacher Handels GmbH.

Overall, Marina has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly in technical asset management, project management, and sustainability.

Marina Bauer's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geography, which they obtained from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Marina attended this institution from 2007 to 2011. Marina then pursued further education and earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Environmental Planning and Engineering Ecology from the Technical University of Munich.
