Massimo Poli

Massimo Poli has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on wind energy. Massimo is currently the Head of Layout Engineering at ERG Spa, a position they have held since May 2020.

Prior to their current role, Poli worked at Movetech Srl as a Project Manager and Program Manager from December 2017 to May 2020.

Before Movetech, they were employed at EDF Renouvelables Services / EDF Renewables, where they served as a Performance Analyst from December 2016 to December 2017 and as a Wind Mast Operations Engineer from October 2014 to December 2016.

Earlier in their career, Poli worked at Edison SpA, where they held positions as a Wind Resource Assessment Operations Engineer from November 2013 to October 2014, and as a Wind Resource Assessment Engineer and Project Engineer from September 2008 to November 2013.

Massimo began their career at Asja Ambiente Italia SpA as a Wind Resource Assessment Engineer and Project Engineer, a role they held from June 2006 to September 2008.

Massimo Poli's education history includes the following:

- From 1994 to 1999, they attended Liceo Scientifico R. Corso di Correggio, where they completed their high school education.

- From 1999 to 2005, they pursued a 5-year Master Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. Massimo'sstudies focused on project management, wind turbine design, mechanics, electronics, IT, economics, and management.

- In 2003 and 2004, they participated in the International Erasmus Program at VIA University College, where they studied renewables, project management, GIS, international finance and investments, and business marketing.

- In 2005 and 2006, they attended Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a post-graduate Master's Degree in Ridef. Massimo'sstudies revolved around renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, energy planning, and management.
