Deon Kruger

Deon Kruger has a diverse work experience history spanning several industries. Deon is currently employed at Ergeon as a Senior Customer Specialist and previously worked as a Customer Specialist at the same company. Prior to Ergeon, Deon owned and developed The Gelato Cafe David from 2020 to 2022. Deon also did consulting work in 2022, seeking remote international business development, project management, and marketing opportunities. Deon has a background in technical sales, business development, and consulting, with experience in industries such as mining, water conveyance, and construction. Deon has held roles at companies like Consultation, Available South Africa, LULAMA INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES, Timrite, Robor (Pty) Ltd, T&E Pipe System Specialists, Amitech Industrial SA, and SA DISPACK. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Operations Research from the University of the North West from 1993 to 1997. In 1987 to 1991, Deon attended the Technical University of Vaal Triangle, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, specifically NHDP Industrial Engineering. Additionally, in 2016, Deon obtained a certification as a Professional Technologist Engineer (Pr Tech Eng) from ECSA.
