Jenny He

Jenny Jenny is the founder and CEO of Ergeon, a company that provides easy home ownership solutions, starting with yard maintenance. Jenny has a long history of success in leadership roles in various companies.

Jenny Jenny started their career at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner in 2008. Jenny quickly proved their chops as a leader in High-Tech/Industrial and Operations Practice. Jenny completed 31 projects and was in a management role for 21 of them. Some of their notable successes include leading the customer experience merger management for the largest acquisition made by parent company, increasing productivity by 30% through a lean roll-out across 30+ departments, and offshoring/outsourcing support services to save $350M+ while improving SLAs and reducing cycle time.

In 2015, Jenny left McKinsey & Company to join ezhome as CEO (previously COO / SVP of Ops). Jenny helped grow ezhome from ~$100k to $10M annual runrate revenue and from ~10 to 150 team members.

In 2018, Jenny decided to start their own company, Ergeon. Ergeon’s mission is to make home ownership easy, starting with yard maintenance. Under Jenny’s leadership, Ergeon has quickly become a leading solution in the space.

Jenny Jenny earned a Ph.D. in Computer Networks from Princeton University and a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
