Leonardo Milla has a diverse range of work experience. Leonardo started their career in 2008 as an architect at Multiconstrucciones S.A. de C.V., where they developed and designed residential project plans. Leonardo also served as the Head of Security, Director of Logistics, and Translator & Interpreter during their time there. From 2014 to 2017, Leonardo also worked as a Field Project Manager, overseeing construction projects and managing personnel.

Leonardo Milla pursued their education in the field of architecture. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Universidad Privada de San Pedro Sula (USAP), where they studied architecture. After that, from 2008 to 2013, Leonardo attended Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, obtaining their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree. In 2011, they briefly attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and studied City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning as well as Historic Preservation and Conservation. Additionally, in May 2014, Leonardo received a certification in "Introduction to Finance" from Coursera.
