Mario Villegas

Mario Villegas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mario is currently employed as a Field Account Manager at Ergeon since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Recruitment Partner at DataFinery Inc. from October 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they held various roles at torre.co, including Business Development Manager from January 2022 to September 2022, Hivojo Sales Representative from October 2021 to January 2022, and Sales Development Representative from August 2021 to October 2021.

In 2018, Mario worked at Copypartes, where they served as a Lead Generation Executive from July 2020 to July 2021, generating leads for new customers in the outsourcing solutions area and providing customer service. Mario also held the role of Principal Human Resources Generalist from March 2018 to July 2020, managing personnel selection and retention processes, ensuring compliance with SGSST requirements, and planning and executing monthly wellness activities.

Mario started their career as a Human Resources Internship at Johnson Controls from February 2017 to January 2018, where they participated in recruitment and selection processes, supported labor fairs, and assisted in wellness activities.

Mario Villegas has a diverse education background. In 2012, they attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana where they studied Psychology and graduated in 2017. In 2010, they briefly enrolled in the Southbourne School of English, completing an intensive 6-month English course. In 2019, they returned to Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, this time pursuing a specialization in Human Processes and Organizational Development, focusing on Human Resource Management and Personnel Administration. Currently, in 2021, they are enrolled at ThePower Business School, pursuing a Power MBA specialization in Marketing, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and related disciplines.
