Aiste Lapiniene

Aiste Lapiniene is the Head of People Experience Department in ERGO Baltics, with a strong passion for fostering teamwork and collaboration. Since July 2018, Aiste has led the HR and OA department at ERGO, focusing on implementing HR initiatives, providing strategic counsel on people matters, and managing organizational learning and development initiatives. Prior to this role, Aiste served as Head of HR at Deloitte Lithuania from July 2006 to July 2018, overseeing recruitment, compensation, training, and employee branding. Aiste's educational background includes a degree from Vilnius University and studies at Vilnius College.
