Kailyn Bell

Kailyn Bell has over 15 years of experience in the clinical research industry. Kailyn is currently working as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Ergomed, where they focus on global Phase I-IV clinical development and trial management. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Business Development at Synteract, where they provided full-service, Phase I-IV services to biopharma companies. Kailyn also held roles at ERT, where they were the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Manager, and at ePharmaSolutions as an Associate Director of Clinical Solutions. Kailyn began their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Thomas Jefferson University. Throughout their career, Kailyn has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, project management, and clinical operations.

Kailyn Bell holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Comprehensive Science with a minor in Mathematics and Philosophy from Villanova University. Kailyn also has a Masters degree in Clinical Pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University.
