Rafael Marfil

Rafael Marfil, Jr is an experienced eCommerce and digital marketing professional with a strong background in overseeing digital strategies and execution for prominent companies. Currently serving as the eCommerce Manager at ergomotion® since July 2021, Rafael previously held the eCommerce Manager position at Mattress Firm from November 2013 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing digital merchandising teams, enhancing online user experiences, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
