Brad Butler

Brad Butler has a diverse work experience, starting from 2005 as a Research Intern at Sandia National Laboratories. Brad then worked as a Process Engineer at Nuclear Fuel Services from 2007 to 2011. Brad joined Celanese in 2011 as a Process Engineer and later moved to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2014, where they held various roles including Facilities Engineering Supervisor and Facilities Engineering Manager. Their most recent position was at Ergon Inc., where they worked as a Site Services Manager before moving up to the role of Director – Asset Integrity & Operational Excellence. Currently, Brad is serving as the VP of Operational Excellence at Ergon Inc.

Brad Butler obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of New Mexico from 2003 to 2007. Continuing their education, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained the certification of CCPS Certified Process Safety Professional from the AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers in August 2022.
