Ryan McGough

Ryan McGough has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ryan started their career as a Tier 3 Advanced Data Support at T-Mobile in 2008 and then moved on to work as a System Administrator at East Allen Township Volunteer Ambulance Corps. from 2008 to 2014. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad.

From 2013 to 2015, Ryan worked as an IT Specialist at D3 Network Solutions, LLC. Ryan then joined AIO Network Solutions, LLC as an Onsite Consultant from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also worked as an Onsite Consultant at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc.

In 2017, Ryan became a Lead Consultant at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc. where they provided in-person support for a dedicated client. Ryan held this position until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Live Desk Expert at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc., providing high-level escalated remote support across multiple technologies.

In 2021, Ryan transitioned to the role of Automation Engineer (Special Operations) at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc. where they work within a small team to create, deploy, and implement automated solutions for internal and external clients.

Throughout their career, Ryan has gained expertise in various technologies including Windows Scripting, Microsoft Windows Server, virtualization technologies, Active Directory deployment and administration, and Microsoft Office 365 support.

Ryan McGough attended the Career Institute of Technology where they pursued a CCNA 1 / CCNA 2 degree in CISCO Communications. Ryan also enrolled at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Prior to their higher education, Ryan McGough completed their high school education at Northampton Area High School. In addition to their formal education, Ryan McGough has obtained certification as a Liongard Certified Professional (LCP) from Liongard and as a RingCentral Admin Certified Course (RCCP) from RingCentral.
