Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at Erhardt+Leimer Limited since 2005, Thomas has developed a strong expertise in client relations and service management. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as an Engineer in Electrical and Instrumentation at Nirvan Keramchemie Pvt. Ltd from 1995 to 2000, where responsibilities included serving as the Project Engineer for turnkey process projects in the steel industry, encompassing design, selection, procurement, inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems for various sophisticated chemical process projects, including Acid Regeneration Plants and Push Pull Pickling Lines.
