Morten Melby

Morten Melby is a leadership consultant and co-founder of Feedwork, where the organization has expanded its workforce from two to eight employees since its inception in 2016, providing training in psychological safety, feedback, learning, and leadership. Additionally, Morten serves as a lecturer on the "Business Coaching" course at Business Academy SouthWest, offering insights into enhancing employee motivation and inclusive leadership. As a 1st Lieutenant in the Danish Defence's Force Protection Reserve, Morten oversees security operations, ensuring operational capacity. Morten's athletic background includes participation as a pentathlete on the Danish National Team. Educationally, Morten holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School and has completed various military and technical training programs, including rank qualifications in the Danish military.
