Ali Ahmed

Ali Ahmed has over 15 years of experience in network optimization and engineering, currently serving as the Network Strategic Lead - Optimization and E2E Technical Lead - Special Events at Ericsson since January 2020. Ali has a proven track record of handling end-to-end project delivery for special events, including the 3UK project, and leads teams in complex network design and optimization projects, such as the Telia Ousland Project for 2G/4G/5G networks. Previous roles include Network Services Expert and RAN Consultant at Telia Norge, and Senior RAN Consultant at ice.net, where notable achievements include a 7% increase in on-net traffic share through radio design optimization. Ali's career began in 2007 with NESSCON as a RAN Optimization Engineer, with positions at LCC Pakistan, Huawei Technologies Norway, and multiple leadership roles throughout the years. Ali holds a B.E in Telecommunication.
