Jaya Munjal has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, primarily with Ericsson since January 2012, where roles have included Strategic Systems Director, Automation Program Manager, and Product Area Manager focused on Service Assurance, as well as Product Development and Management positions. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Wipro Technologies and team leadership, along with technical positions at NCR and Infosys Technologies, where expertise in software engineering and service delivery was developed. Jaya holds a BTECH degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, completed in 2003.
