Ricardo Caetano

Ricardo Caetano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the 4G 5G RAN Product Quality Driver and Team Lead at Ericsson since April 2018. In this role, Ricardo focuses on 4G and 5G RAN In-Service Performance assessment and improvements while establishing efficient team processes and strategic structures. Prior to this, Ricardo worked at Combitech Sverige and Ericsson in various capacities, including Team Lead/Scrum Master and Global RAN Serviceability Manager. With a solid background that includes technical consulting, engineering support, and team leadership, Ricardo has developed expertise in RAN capacity assessment, serviceability improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade São Francisco and a Technician degree in Computer Programming from Escola Salesiana São José.
