Roy Maharaj

Roy Maharaj is currently the Chief Licensing Officer for IPR and Licensing at Ericsson. Prior to joining Ericsson, Roy held leadership positions in licensing at Intellectual Ventures, Alliacense Inc., and Safenet, Inc (which was acquired by Gemalto). Roy has a background in technology licensing and business development, with experience at companies like IBM. Roy holds a Juris Doctorate in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from San Jose State University, and a BSC in Finance from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
