Heidi Kirsch

Heidi Kirsch serves as the Assistant Vice President of Critical Care and Emergency Services at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since January 2020. Prior to this role, Heidi held the position of Director of Emergency Services at Catholic Health System from November 2016 to January 2020, and also at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo from April 2016 to January 2020. Before transitioning into leadership roles in emergency services, Heidi was the Nurse Manager at Mercy Ambulatory Care Center from June 2008 to May 2016. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Emergency Management and Disaster Planning from American Military University (2016-2019), a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from D'Youville University (1989-1991), and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Trocaire College (1983-1986).
