Kimberly Fleischer

Kimberly Fleischer is an experienced Behavioral Health Discharge Planner at Erie County Medical Center since August 2006, specializing in patient evaluation and intervention, patient-focused care, and advocacy for patients and families. Kimberly has developed a Universal Referral form in collaboration with the HIS Department, enhancing referral efficiency for the DMH Clinics. Prior to this role, Kimberly served as a Counselor Level 1 and Intake Specialist at Crisis Services, Inc., conducting mental health outreach in various settings. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with an Interdisciplinary focus in Community Mental Health from the University at Buffalo and has educational experience from ECC North Campus. Skills include excellent interpersonal abilities, organized calendar management, attention to detail, and CPR certification.
