Laura Stokes

Laura Stokes is a retired Senior Biochemist and Point of Care Coordinator with extensive experience in clinical biochemistry and toxicology. Spanning a career from May 1984 to October 2023, Stokes served at Erie County Medical Center, where responsibilities included technical and regulatory oversight, implementation, and validation of new testing platforms for Biochemistry and POC testing. Previous roles included Medical Technologist and Chief Biochemist at Erie County Medical Center and Medical Technologist at Catholic Health System. Stokes holds a Bachelor's of Science in Medical Technology from the University at Buffalo and an AAS in Medical Technology from Trocaire College.
