Norma Dubs, CPCU, CCLA, AIC, AIS has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Norma started their career as an Assistant Casualty Analyst at Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company in 1989. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Claims Adjuster at Erie Insurance Group. Norma then progressed to the role of Claims Supervisor from 1999 to 2003, and subsequently became a Senior Claims Supervisor from 2003 to 2007. Norma's most recent role was as Vice President, Field Claims at Erie Insurance Group, where they were responsible for the Insurance Claims Operations for Northeastern Ohio and managed a 5 State Regional team handling Medical Payment losses.
Norma Dubs, CPCU, CCLA, AIC, AIS holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a focus on Human Resources from The University of Akron. Norma has also obtained several additional certifications, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from The Institutes Knowledge Group in 2023, the Casualty Claims Law Associate from American Educational Institute, Inc. in 2006, and the Associates in Insurance Services and Associates in Claims from The Institutes in 2003 and 1997 respectively.
