Kelly Wagner

Kelly Wagner serves as the Senior Vice President of Value Creation & Strategy at Erie Street Growth Partners, where responsibilities include developing growth strategies for portfolio partners. Currently, Wagner holds the position of Vice President of Growth & Transformation at Quantum Rise and serves as a board member for Lacey Lake Leadership and other organizations. Previous roles include Principal and Global Lead of Strategy at Capgemini and various managerial positions at PwC and Capgemini Invent. Educational achievements include an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University, and participation in several leadership programs including Women in America and the Beyond Barriers Accelerator.
