Terry Graunke

Terry Graunke serves as the Chairman and CEO of Erie Street, an independent advisory firm focused on strategic growth partnerships for founders and management teams. Graunke holds multiple board positions, including Board Member roles at 50,000feet, APCO Worldwide, Trailer Park Group, and Viamedia, as well as a Trustee position at Wetlands America Trust and a Director role at Pepper Construction Group. Graunke previously held the position of Executive Chairman at DEPT® from 2019 to 2022 and was the CEO of Lighthouse Holdings, which Terry founded in 1998, successfully growing it to over $100 million in net revenues within two years. Graunke also founded Eagle River Interactive in 1994 and led its rapid expansion.
