Ilbehr Theron

Ilbehr Theron has a diverse work experience in the engineering and technical field. They started their career as a Process Engineer at ArcelorMittal South Africa in 2008 and worked until 2013. They then joined Matrikon Moore as an Application Engineer, where they provided technical solutions, project management, and conducted tests for clients. In 2017, they joined Yokogawa as a PSC Sales and Proposals Manager, responsible for order intake and maintaining relationships with clients. They later became a Senior Solutions Consultant at Yokogawa in 2019, where they provided technical expertise and advice to customers, identifying solutions for their business challenges. Currently, in 2022, Ilbehr Theron is working as a Technical Business Development Manager - Semicon at ERIKS Nederland, focusing on mapping customer needs and converting them into solutions.
