Ola Mohamed - Core Chi Certified (she/her)

Ola Mohamed is a Core CHI Certified interpreter with extensive experience in Arabic interpretation across various organizations. Currently serving as an interpreter at NY Speaks since August 2022 and working as a freelance interpreter for Eriksen Translations from September 2021, Ola has also held positions as a medical interpreter with Just Interpretation LLC and LanguageLine Solutions since December 2021 and July 2021, respectively. Additional experience includes Arabic interpretation at Linguistica International and Geneva Worldwide, as well as providing services for Comprehensive Psychological Services and formerly with Homeland Language Services and Jeenie. Ola's educational background includes a BSc in Biology from Alexandria University and various certifications in medical interpretation from ALTA Language Services, alongside business-related studies at UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, and The American University in Cairo. Commitment to community service is also evident through volunteering at Ahbab Elrahman Orphanage from 2004 to 2019.
